Hello, and welcome to my blog! My name is Chris, and I am a Seventeen year old male, who's uncertain of almost everything.
I created this blog solely for the purpose of changing the way I feel about myself; both physically and mentally. I want to learn how to better myself, and how to correct my eating disorder. I used play Volleyball for my High School, but aside from that, I do a lot of extracurricular activities, but I still queue when I can. Embark with me on a journey to nutrition and exercise, and together we can reach our goals to ourselves in a better lifestyle, and to a path of a healthier person.
